Dolphinflex® Drain Composite Hose

Roof drain hose for immersion inside storage tanks, carrying drainage from a floating roof to outside the tank. Supplied in bores from 3" to 10" only, and bend tested to 10,000 cycles.

Application: Immersion inside storage tanks with the external oil and chemical resistance from floating roofs into outside of tanks at oil refinery factories and chemical terminals
Options: Roof drain joint can be provided on customer's request
Inner wire: Stainless steel 316 / galvanized steel
Outer cover: Polypropylene, white colour
Lining: Polypropylene fabrics
Outer wire: Stainless steel 316 / galvanized steel
Temperature range: −30 °C to +80 °C
Max. elongation: 10% on proof pressure
Min. burst pressure: 5x working pressure (safety factor 5:1)
Electrical resistance: ≤ 2.5 Ohm/m for under 50 mm (2"); ≤ 1.0 Ohm/m for over 50 mm (2")
Bend testing: 10,000 cycles
