Dolphinflex® LNG Composite Hose

Cryogenic composite hose for liquid nitrogen and LNG at temperatures down to −196 °C, the coldest service in the Dolphinflex range. Polyamide lining and cover over stainless steel 316 wires.

Application: Liquid nitrogen and LNG liquefied natural gases at extremely low temperature to −196 °C
Service: Ship to shore; LNG bunkering; storage tank; in plant; loading and unloading
Inner wire: Stainless steel 316
Outer cover: Polyamide, white colour
Lining: Polyamide fabrics
Outer wire: Stainless steel 316
Temperature range: −196 °C to +50 °C
Max. elongation: 10% on proof pressure
Min. burst pressure: 5x working pressure (safety factor 5:1)
Electrical resistance: ≤ 2.5 Ohm/m for under 50 mm (2"); ≤ 1.0 Ohm/m for over 50 mm (2")
Regulation: EN13766:2010 (thermoplastic multilayer non-vulcanized hoses and hose assemblies for the transfer of liquid petroleum gas and liquefied natural gas)
