Dolphinflex® Yellow Composite Hose

Composite hose for hydrocarbon vapour recovery on tank truck, ship, barge and rail tanker operations. Rated at a flat 7 bar across every bore, lower than the liquid transfer hoses in the range.

Application: Hydrocarbon vapor recovery transfer on tank truck lorry station, ship, barges and rail tanker operations
Service: Ship to shore; vapor recovery; inert gas system (I.G. filling, water ballast tank)
Inner wire: Stainless steel 316 / galvanized steel
Outer cover: Polyester PVC coated, yellow colour
Lining: Polypropylene fabrics
Outer wire: Stainless steel 316 / galvanized steel
Temperature range: −30 °C to +80 °C
Max. elongation: 10% on proof pressure
Min. burst pressure: 5x working pressure (safety factor 5:1)
Electrical resistance: ≤ 2.5 Ohm/m for under 50 mm (2"); ≤ 1.0 Ohm/m for over 50 mm (2")
Regulation: EN13765:2010 (thermoplastic multi-layer non-vulcanized hoses and hose assemblies for the transfer of hydrocarbons, solvents and chemicals)
