21 Series Silicone-Core Carbon-Fibre Packing

Carbon fibre braid over silicone rubber, doubly impregnated with PTFE lubricant and carrying a blocking agent and corrosion inhibitor, for pumps, valves, mixers and agitators on steam, water, solvents, acids and alkalies. The 21SC has a single core; the 21MSC has several, for shafts with more radial movement than one core will follow.

21SC Silicone-Core Carbon-Fibre Packing. Carbon fibre braid over a single silicone rubber core, doubly impregnated with PTFE lubricant and carrying a blocking agent and corrosion inhibitor. Rated to 260 °C and 15 m/s, 100 kgf/cm² reciprocating, pH 2 to 12.
