Dolphinflex® Black Composite Hose

Composite hose for suction and discharge of general chemicals, oils, solvents and diesel, in bores from 1" to 12". Polypropylene lining over a stainless steel 316 or PP coated inner wire, to EN13765:2010.

Application: Suction and discharge of general chemicals, oils, solvents, and diesel
Service: Ship to shore; tank truck; railcar; petrochemical plant; loading and unloading of chemical cargoes
Inner wire: Stainless steel 316 / P.P coated wire
Outer cover: Polyester PVC coated, black colour
Lining: Polypropylene fabrics
Outer wire: Stainless steel 316 / galvanized steel
Temperature range: −30 °C to +80 °C
Max. elongation: 10% on proof pressure
Min. burst pressure: 5x working pressure (safety factor 5:1)
Electrical resistance: ≤ 2.5 Ohm/m for under 50 mm (2"); ≤ 1.0 Ohm/m for over 50 mm (2")
Regulation: EN13765:2010 (thermoplastic multi-layer non-vulcanized hoses and hose assemblies for the transfer of hydrocarbons, solvents and chemicals)
