Dolphinflex® Green Composite Hose

Composite hose for chemicals that do not attack the polypropylene lining or the stainless steel 316 wires. Both inner and outer wires are stainless steel 316, with no galvanized option.

Application: Suction and discharge of various chemicals which do not affect the polypropylene lining and the stainless steel 316 inner wires
Service: Ship to shore; tank truck; railcar; petrochemical plant; loading & unloading of chemical cargoes
Inner wire: Stainless steel 316
Outer cover: Polyester PVC coated, green colour
Lining: Polypropylene fabrics
Outer wire: Stainless steel 316
Temperature range: −30 °C to +80 °C
Max. elongation: 10% on proof pressure
Min. burst pressure: 5x working pressure (safety factor 5:1)
Electrical resistance: ≤ 2.5 Ohm/m for under 50 mm (2"); ≤ 1.0 Ohm/m for over 50 mm (2")
Regulation: EN13765:2010 (thermoplastic multi-layer non-vulcanized hoses and hose assemblies for the transfer of hydrocarbons, solvents and chemicals)
