Dolphinflex® LPG Composite Hose

Polyamide-lined composite hose for liquefied gas transfer including ammonia, propane, butadiene, vinyl chloride and refrigerant gases. Carries the highest working pressure in the range at 21 bar, and is rated to −105 °C for liquid ethylene.

Application: Transfer of ammonia, acetaldehyde, butane butadiene, propane, butylene, dimethylamine, ethylamine, ethyl chloride, methyl acetylene, methyl bromide propane, propylene propadiene, vinyl chloride, refrigerant gases. Liquid ethane at −88 °C, ethylene at −105 °C
Inner wire: Stainless steel 316
Outer cover: Polyamide, white colour
Lining: Polyamide fabrics
Outer wire: Stainless steel 316
Temperature range: −50 °C to +50 °C; −105 °C to +50 °C for liquid ethylene
Max. elongation: 10% on proof pressure
Min. burst pressure: 5x working pressure (safety factor 5:1)
Electrical resistance: ≤ 2.5 Ohm/m for under 50 mm (2"); ≤ 1.0 Ohm/m for over 50 mm (2")
Regulation: EN13766:2010 (thermoplastic multilayer non-vulcanized hoses and hose assemblies for the transfer of liquid petroleum gas and liquefied natural gas)
